What we eat impacts our body in more ways than just easing our hunger. Many people have sensitivities to a variety of foods and have trouble pin pointing which one is causing problems. To help address this I created the Food Trigger Journal with Macronutrients to help you determine your specific food sensitivities. I included macronutrient tracking on this printable because sometimes it’s not the specific food that is bothering you. It could be too much sodium or too little fiber etc.
